When a lead is generated from your landing page you will be notified via email and text message. The lead will also appear instantly in your lead manager back office. From here you can access the data on the lead as well as set Sales Stages, Time Stamped Notes as well as communicate via soft phone (Skype, port-sip, counterpath x-lite, ZoIPer, Avaya etc.)
To use the Lead Management and Contact Manager simply:
Step 1. Login to your back office (Member Dashboard).
Step 2. Click on Lead Tracker
You will be presented with a list of all your leads based upon the campaign they originated from. To add notes on a prospect or set the sales stage simple click the View link. This will open up a details screen where you can add additional information and update the lead with current information as needed.
