Southwick motorsports was founded two years ago by braxton southwick.   Eldest brother of 5 siblings.  Leading the pack  Braxton and his brother BJ  started racing motorcycles in the late 80's and quickly moved up in the ranks of professional desert racers. They have raced in countless desert races,  motocross races, and most recent desert race on a motorcycle the legendary baja 1000.   Braxton, BJ, and their  team, despite 6 hours of down time in the race finished in 11th place in the class.   With the longest most gruling race in the entire world under their belt They decided to move onto the off road truck racing arena.  Braxton and BJ built the class 7300 race truck from the ground up and the toyota tacoma has been flawless throughout the entire best in the desert race series. Despite a flat tire and a very close finish in the parker 425, we are one point behind first place in the series. This entire year we have realized the dreams of others to be able to race in a truck in a desert race.   We have sold the co-driver position in each race for a very affordable price.   Well worth the experience !
